TAKE A 5MIN. REST FOR YOUR EYES & FINGERS - EVERY 1HR.   

 

It may be common sense, but it's easily forgotten during Long-Hour-Game-a-thons of Call of Duty, FIFA13, Skyrim, Final Fantasy, or any game in which your Game-Progress.

*Looking around at Objects Surrounding the T.V. Screen, or elsewhere in your room, and Flexing Your Hands&Fingers (maybe by Grasping a Stress-Ball), CAN GREATLY REDUCE EYE-STRAIN, and R.S.I (Repetitive-Strain-Injury). These exercises are beneficial for All Gamers to STAY FIT&HEALTHY.

 

If you're TIRED, STOP PLAYING IMMEDIATELY, AND TURN OFF YOUR GAMES &CONSOLES. SLEEP FOR AT LEAST 6-8HRS, if you're participating in an ALL-NIGHT-COMPETITION with friends, or in an Official Tournament.

**Personally, my Longest Gaming-Session was BEATING MW3 in 18HRS-WITHOUT-SLEEP-on DAY 1 OF ITS RELEASE. I wanted to prove I could beat it on VETERAN DIFFICULTY-BEFORE-ANYONE-ELSE, but it seriously staggered&Hospitalised-me, so TAKE CARE!
